While we cannot predict what will happen in the next few months, our trend seems to be that students are coming back to our in-person model more and more . We currently have a waiting list of ten students wanting to enter these classrooms, and have had a similar number of new enrollments this quarter.
At this time, declines in enrollment in our remote and blended models, as well as increases in the in-person model, are going to lead to changes in models, homeroom classes, and teacher placements for some of our students. We value continuity of community, yet some of these changes are unavoidable due to our demand for in-person learning. As we make these changes, we will be focused on creating smooth transitions for our students, staff, and families.
Our aim is to offer the best possible education to each student in the safest environment possible, while also balancing our finite time and resources for the good of our whole community. With this in mind, if your child is enrolled in a class or model that will be affected by changes, we’ll be reaching out to connect with you about those changes, and what your options for your child will be at the end of the first quarter.
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out by email to Laurie Rossback at email@example.com or Riley Alderton at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our front office to schedule a call.
We appreciate your support this year as we navigate logistics, decisions, and processes that we have never encountered before. While our Wildcat community may look different, it is as strong as ever, and that has to do with each of you.
