Needham's Annual Walk'n'Roll a-thon

We will be collaborating with the City of Durango’s Department of Transportation and Sustainability-Safe Routes to School Program. The events will run throughout the week of May 7th – May 11th. The bike/run parade and Safe Routes to School Award Ceremony will take place on Friday, May 11th from 1:30- 3:00 p.m. All students will have the opportunity to participate!! We would also like to invite families to participate in the parade. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Kristin Cramer at kcramer@durango.k12.co.us or 247-4791. Some highlights to look forward to on Friday, May 11th:
  • Morning center rotations (8:30- 12:30); including, Bike Rodeo, Grey Matters, relays and bike safety stations
  • Bike/Run/walk (through the school) parade (Starts at 1:30)
  • Fun raffle prizes
