I am very happy to be teaching at Needham Elementary. My education philosophy is that learning should be fun as well as relevant to the students. School is a place where students can create a community to learn and thrive in. We all work together to create a school family where each member is equally important. If school is a place where students want to be, then learning comes naturally.
