Needham Elementary School is a place where everyone feels like they belong Needham Elementary School is located in North Central Durango and serves a possibly 400 students in preschool through fifth grade the Needham community is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment that Fosters mutual respect and academic Excellence I am an 8 mm Wildcat Needham students learn the district's portrait of a graduate which teaches six competencies students need to be successful in life and pathetic collaborator resilient risk-taker thinker creative problem-solver concert communicator and courageous leader and Innovative thinking is the results of thinker wildcat consistently challenge their own thinking and grow alongside the students they serve. I'm a competent communicator I'm in Needham Wildcat families have numerous opportunities to involve themselves in our activities classrooms and events throughout the year, Needham is a neighborhood school at cooking RC instead of a global impact I'm an 8 mm Wildcat am is more than a school we are in a ward winning Community Focus on impact and growth we're difference makers we Wildcat
